Beds vary between different trains. Foe example, The Ghan and Indian Pacific have bunk style beds while the Spirit of the Outback have top to toe style beds.
In most cases, rail cabins do not have private bathrooms. Only twin cabins on the Ghan and Indian Pacific have private bathrooms in the cabin. All other train cabins have shared facilities.
