Our flights arrive into Sydney early afternoon, where we board a local tour operator coach and transfer to Sydney CBD. We then join a privately guided walking tour of the Sydney Opera House. Learn what makes this building a World Heritage-listed masterpiece and discover the magic beneath the sails. This evening experience the city from one of the most distinctive vantage points at SkyFeast enjoying a 360-degree view as you dine on a delicious buffet dinner. Large windows frame iconic sights like the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Darling Harbour and Circular Quay.
This morning we board our luxury 'Diamond Class' coach and make our way to Broken Bay Pearl Farm and follow the story of the Australian pearl from its ancient Indigenous beginnings through to modern farming and grading techniques, all the way to the finished piece of unique pearl jewellery. Experience a tour of the Shellar Door, a cruise to a pearl oyster lease, and an immersive pearl grading session inside the restricted access Pearl Room. Then it's a short drive to lunch before returning to Sydney to enjoy a relaxing afternoon at your leisure.
Admiring the majestic World Heritage listed Blue Mountains, we stop at Echo Point lookout before arriving at Scenic World. Glide between clifftops on the Scenic Skyway with 360-degree views of Katoomba Falls, the Three Sisters and Jamison Valley. Lunch today is at the historic Carrington Hotel before returning to our Sydney hotel to prepare for the evening events. Tonight, celebrate New Year's Eve in an unforgettable way! Set off on a luxurious cruise on Sydney Harbour, securing the perfect waterfront view to experience the spectacular fireworks display. Enjoy an evening of exquisite dining with paired wines as you cruise and enjoy the harbour's famed fireworks display. We will pass in front of the Sydney Opera House and cruise under the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge. Our cruise will anchor in the best location for viewing all New Year's Eve activities including Harbour of Light Parade of illuminated vessels and the famous Sydney New Year's Eve fireworks.

**NOTE: Due to road closures in the Sydney CBD, we will begin by walking approximately 250 metres to the cruise terminal. After the cruise, we will retrace our steps and complete the same walk back.
We enjoy a leisurely start to the morning, then take some time to explore the heart of Sydney, enjoying some free time for shopping, sightseeing, and a relaxing lunch (own expense today). After lunch we then transfer to Madame Tussauds to meet your favourite celebrities and sports heroes from around the world! We then visit Sealife Aquarium Sydney, features a large variety of Australian aquatic life, displaying more than 700 species comprising more than 13,000 individual fish and other sea and water creatures from most of Australia's water habitats. Enjoy this afternoon at your leisure before a relaxing dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Our coach tours have a baggage restriction of 17kg per person (regardless of flight and rail allowances) due to our Occupational Health & Safety standards. Our Gold Class coaches have a seat capacity of between 44 and 46, but we cap Gold Class tours at 40 guests per tour. Our Diamond Class tours have a capacity of just 26 guests.
