Glide between clifftops on the Scenic Skyway with 360-degree views of Katoomba Falls, the Three Sisters, and Jamison Valley. Lunch today is at the historic Carrington Hotel before returning to our Sydney hotel for dinner.
This morning we make our way to Broken Bay Pearl Farm and follow the story of the Australian pearl from its ancient Indigenous beginnings through to modern farming and grading techniques, all the way to the finished piece of unique pearl jewellery. Experience a tour of the Shellar Door, a cruise to a pearl oyster lease, and an immersive pearl grading session inside the restricted-access Pearl Room. Then it’s a short drive to King Tide Café for a delicious lunch overlooking the Hawkesbury River. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon at your leisure. Tonight, celebrate New Year’s Eve in an unforgettable way! Set off on a luxurious cruise on Sydney Harbour, securing the perfect waterfront view to experience the spectacular fireworks display. Enjoy an evening of exquisite dining with paired wines as you cruise and enjoy the harbour’s famed fireworks display. We will pass in front of the Sydney Opera House and cruise under the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge. Our cruise will anchor in the best location for viewing all New Year’s Eve activities including Harbour of Light Parade of illuminated vessels and the famous Sydney New Year’s Eve fireworks.

Our coach tours have a baggage restriction of 17kg per person (regardless of flight and rail allowances) due to our Occupational Health & Safety standards. You can also bring one small, soft carry-on bag not exceeding 30cm wide, 30cm high, and 15cm thick that may be stowed in the overhead compartment.

Our Gold Class coaches have a seat capacity of between 44 and 46, but we cap Gold Class tours at 40 guests per tour. Our Diamond Class tours have a capacity of just 26 guests.
