Today we join a local guide and take a giant leap back in time and enjoy a day exploring the remarkable natural location of Lake Mungo which sits within The Willandra Lakes World Heritage Area. The tour highlight is to walk upon the spectacular moon-like dunes known as ‘The Walls of China’, an ice-age lunette. We weave our way through the evidence of the people and animals who once lived in this landscape- rare beauty of geologically unique, highly eroded formations. Experience the deep spirituality of this richly cultural place.
