Enjoy a Shellar Door tour, a cruise to a pearl oyster lease, oyster tasting and grading session. In the afternoon, we head to the Southern Highlands, ending the day at historic and majestic Peppers Manor House.
This morning, we enjoy an exclusive visit and tour of The Australian Wildlife Sanctuary in Bargo, a dedicated refuge for native Australian wildlife. The sanctuary emphasises conservation, rehabilitation, and education about the country’s unique fauna. During our visit, we experience private, up-close encounters with iconic species and support their crucial wildlife rescue and rehabilitation efforts through a Purposeful Travel Promise donation. Following this enriching experience, we head to Centennial Vineyards for a delightful lunch before continuing to the Bradman Museum & International Cricket Hall of Fame to explore the history and legacy of cricket.
Merry Christmas! After a festive breakfast, we take a scenic drive to Kangaroo Valley, with time to explore the lush escarpment and Fitzroy Falls. Returning to Peppers, we prepare for a joyous Christmas feast, enjoying a long lunch with fresh seafood, traditional fare, and the spirit of the season.
We head to Sydney Harbour for the iconic Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race. Enjoy the excitement with a 3-hour lunch cruise, featuring race commentary and stunning photo opportunities of the maxi yachts. After the cruise, we rejoin our coach and check in to our Sydney CBD hotel.
This morning, we board a local coach and head to the Sydney Opera House for a private guided tour and discover the secrets behind this World Heritage-listed masterpiece. Our coach tours have a baggage restriction of 17kg per person (regardless of flight and rail allowances) due to our Occupational Health & Safety standards. You can also bring one small, soft carry-on bag not exceeding 30cm wide, 30cm high, and 15cm thick that may be stowed in the overhead compartment.

Our Gold Class coaches have a seat capacity of between 44 and 46, but we cap Gold Class tours at 40 guests per tour. Our Diamond Class tours have a capacity of just 26 guests.
