Today’s adventure takes us on a captivating journey northward along the rugged Cape Leveque Road. Our first stop brings us to Beagle Bay, where we pause for a morning tea break and a visit to the Sacred Heart Church. This historical and culturally significant site provides a glimpse into the spiritual heritage of the region. We make our way to the remote Indigenous community of One Arm Point where we encounter the trochus hatchery. This visit offers a unique opportunity to learn about the profound connection of the Bardi Jawis to their culture and saltwater traditions. Our journey then leads us to the Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm, perched on the tip of the Dampier Peninsula. Here, we are treated to a delectable chef-prepared lunch, followed by a tour of Australia’s oldest operational Pearl Farm. As the day progresses, we have the chance to unwind and rejuvenate at the Cygnet Bay infinity pool, providing a perfect setting for relaxation.
